Daniel Dubois and Joe Joyce ready to shine at special venue Church Hall

Winston Churchill once stood and announced the sinking of the battleship Bismarck in Church Hall.

Now Daniel Dubois, Joe Joyce, Anthony Yarde and Lyndon Arthur will get their chance to leave their bit of history in the Westminster venue.

We wanted something special for two cracking fights which take place on November 28 and December 5.

And it doesn't get much better than an iconic building in the shadows of Westminster Abbey.

The venue was used for the Houses of Parliament during World War 2 and it even took a direct hit from a bomb itself.

But now four of Britain's best boxing stars will take over the venue over two exciting weekends of boxing.

While Churchill announced the key sinking of a vessel in World War 2 there, it is now time for these four fighters to show who can sink or swim.

First up of course is Dubois and Joyce for the British, Commonwealth and European heavyweight titles.

This is one of the most exciting fights to take place since the sport returned from lockdown.

And nobody believed we could get this on behind-closed-doors.

There was a real danger this could have slipped away but now it will not only take place but it will also be staged in a historic venue which will look sensational for viewers on BT Sport.

Then a week later we drop down to light-heavyweight for a Commonwealth title clash between Yarde and Arthur.

These two are the rising stars in the division and again deserve huge credit for facing each other at this stage of their careers in what promises to be a sensational show.

The two brilliant clashes over the next two weeks will mark 40 years of my involvement in British boxing, too.

And I can't think of a better way to celebrate such a significant milestone.
