Mesut Ozil was quick to offer some helpful advice to Germany manager Joachim Low after the humiliating 6-0 defeat to Spain on Tuesday night.
Germany had been top of their Nations League group and just needed a draw in Sevilla to progress to the semi-finals of the competition.
However, it was a disastrous night out for them as they were walloped 6-0 thanks to a Ferran Torres hat-trick and goals from Alvaro Morata, Rodri and Mikel Oyarzabal.
It was a German team full of big names, with Manuel Neuer, Toni Kroos, Timo Werner, Leroy Sane, Ilkay Gundogan, Leon Goretzka and Serge Gnabry all starting the game.
However, the defence was clearly not their strong point and Ozil offered a solution to their leaky back line.
The Arsenal man tweeted: ‘Time to take Jerome Boateng back.’
