Chelsea have been one of the busiest clubs in the summer window, but could still be active on deadline day. After facing a transfer embargo 12 months ago, Frank Lampard has been able to splash the cash to build a side capable of competing for the Premier League title.
So far, Chelsea have added seven senior players to Lampard’s squad, at a cost of more than £200million.
The Blues have added attacking talent in the shape of Timo Werner, Hakim Ziyech and Kai Havertz, while also beefing up their options at the back, signing Thiago Silva, Ben Chilwell and Malang Sarr.
And then, due to Kepa Arrizabalaga, Chelsea were forced to go into the market for a keeper, signing Edouard Mendy from Rennes.
With hours to go until the 11pm deadline, Express Sport takes a look at the deals that could still happen.
JUST IN: Declan Rice to Chelsea: West Ham provide major transfer update
Thomas Partey (£45m)
Arsenal have been extensively linked with a move for the Atletico Madrid midfielder, but Chelsea have emerged as surprise rivals for his signature.
Partey has a £45million release clause inserted into his contract and is available for transfer.
However, the Spaniards will only sell the midfield player, if a team meets his release clause and currently, the Gunners are unwilling to sanction a bid of that value.
The Athletic report that Arsenal are unlikely to seal a deal for Partey, potentially leaving the door open for their London rivals.

Declan Rice (£40m)
The West Ham star is believed to be Lampard’s biggest target in the closing stages of the window.
Lampard is still unsure of his defensive options and Rice’s versatility means he could be used in a number of positions.
Reports have suggested Chelsea have offered the Hammers a swap deal involving Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
However, West Ham assistant Alan Irvine suggested the club have no plans to replace Rice, with only a mega-money bid likely to tempt them.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek (loan)
Following Ross Barkley’s loan move to Aston Villa, reports have suggested his midfield colleague could be set for the same fate.
Coming off a serious injury, Lampard has suggested that he is ready to play regular Premier League football.
He may need to leave Stamford Bridge to find that, with West Ham and Southampton both keen.
Chelsea are said to be willing to sell the midfielder, despite him being a regular in Lampard’s starting XI.
He scored twice in the win over Crystal Palace, but is attracting interest from London rivals Arsenal.
Chelsea rate Jorginho at £50m and could cash in on him, if it could help fund a move for Rice in the final hours.

Callum Hudson-Odoi (loan to buy)
Bayern Munich failed in their bid to sign the England international in January 2019, but have retianed their interest ever since.
Chelsea have already rejected a bid from the German champions that would see him initially move on loan, with an option to make the deal permanent next summer.
Lampard refused to rule out a deal, suggesting he would “know more by Monday”.
Antonio Rudiger (loan)
The central defender is surplus to requirements following the signing of Thiago Silva.
Rudiger’s preference is for a move to the Premier League, but Chelsea would rather not let Rudiger join a Premier League rival.
AC Milan are leading the race and are in talks over sealing a season-long loan deal.
