Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City are the four representatives from the Premier League in this season's Champions League.
They all know what groups they are in after Thursday's draw but they will have to wait until Friday to find out when their fixtures will be played.
Liverpool, who most recently won the 2018-19 edition of the tournament, have been drawn in Group D and will face Dutch giants Ajax, Italian entertainers Atalanta and Danish outfit Mitdtjylland.
Midtjylland qualified for the competition for the first time in their history after netting three goals in the last seven minutes to beat Slavia Pague in their playoff game.
Meanwhile, Manchester United have been drawn in this year's 'group of death' alongside two of last year's semi-finalists, RB Leipzig and beaten finalists Paris Saint-Germain, with Istanbul Basaksehir rounding out Group H.
Chelsea are in Group E, alongside reigning Europa League champions Sevilla, Rennes and FC Krasnodar.
Among the intriguing group games this year will be the Blues' new goalkeeper Edouard Mendy facing his old side Rennes.
